Although entering back into the landscaping business, Mr. Freeborn will not offer landscape maintenance services like before. However, we will offer consulting to you on the status of your property maintenance and offer recommendations.

Many property owners, both commercial and residential, may feel that the landscape of their property is lacking in some way. In many cases this is in the way the property is being maintained. Perhaps the the fine detail services that may being needed to complete a property are not part of the properties landscape management plan that the owner has with a landscape maintenance provider, and sometimes it may be part of their package but the property owner may just not be getting all of the services that they are paying for.

This is where we can help.

Since we do not provide landscape maintenance services, this gives us the ability to provide a clear and neutral opinion about the state of your grounds. With nearly 20 years in providing landscape maintenance services for some of the most highly recognized properties in the area, we know what a property needs in order to make it stand out in the crowd. Since we are not competing for the maintenance service, this puts us in a unique position to inform the client about the state of their property, and what landscape maintenance is being completed and what isn’t.

In many cases, we find that certain services that a property may benefit from, are not included in your management plan or budget. This knowledge enables clients to go back to their contractor and add services or in some cases if the services are being paid for but not provided, to make adjustments with their contractor.
